Who am I?

I’m a fifth-year Artificial Intelligence Engineering student passionate about Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent systems. I enjoy transforming complex technical challenges into practical solutions with real-world value.

My work spans RAG, multi-agent systems , multi-modality , computer vision, NLP, Business Intelligence and Data Analysis. Beyond technology, I’m an active AIESEC member and a yoga & Pilates practitioner, embracing leadership, discipline, and continuous growth.

    • Developed an agentic AI support-ticket assistant using a bounded ReAct-style reasoning loop with tool calling, contextual retrieval, and human-in-the-loop review.
    • Built an end-to-end workflow that classifies tickets, assigns priority, generates summaries and responses, and automatically dispatches validated tasks to ClickUp via REST API.
    • Improved real-gateway classification accuracy from 52.94% to 74.51% on a 51-ticket benchmark, with 80.00% holdout accuracy, through systematic prompt engineering and evaluation.
